About SBAm
Stars Badminton Academy was started by Babu Alex, a professional Badminton player whose aim is to create a large number of talented kids in badminton and to keep them in shape with their sporting ability.

The Academy was opened in 2017 and since then, Coach Babu has already managed to raise consistent junior national players in Kenya who have taken part in the following tournaments: the national schools championships, East Africa and All Africa school championships. Recently, two players from the Academy qualified to represent Kenya in the Africa Youth games in Algeria later in July this year. We hope to continue this streak of international tournaments with consistent training.

However, the Academy isn't reserved for juniors; the later hours of the day are for training veterans, whether they are beginners playing for leisure or retired professionals hoping to make a comeback.
